With our model, the companies need not invest in hiring HR executives, Recruiters or HRBPs to manager their HR requirements. Umbreon Tech will provide a dedicated HR Co-ordinator who works with your tech team to recruit, schedule interviews, manage onboarding. Apart from this, we also help with Role and salary benchmarking, Talent reviews, Appraisals and Employee Exits.  

Operating Model

We primarily work in a Retainer model, where the companies do not need to worry about recruitment of  HRs or Sourcing panel and their need to scale basis requirements.
